I recently stayed at the Grand Mirage Dhanbad by Radisson with my wife and daughter, and it was an experience worth every bit of praise. The hospitality here was simply 10/10, and we felt truly valued from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Santosh, Jitender, Aishorya, Nisha, Abhishek, and Sujata for going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Each one of them added a personal touch to our experience, from warm greetings to prompt service. They genuinely cared about our comfort and were always available with a smile, making us feel like VIPs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. We were also blown away by the delicious food, and the dining staff ensured we had everything we needed at every meal. It was clear that everyone took pride in their work, and it made our stay all the more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Grand Mirage Dhanbad by Radisson is now our go-to place whenever we're in the area. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We’ll be back for sure!

The staff is efficient and very accommodating, Aishorya and her front office team provided professional and courteous service. Sangita is a good server in the dining room. The food is delicious and well presented and prepared.
